If the pupil fails to give the instructor a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling any lesson the pupil shall be liable for the lesson fee in respect of hour(s) booked.

Personal conduct.

Your instructor will at all times adhere to the Driving Standards Agencies voluntary code of practice.

Pupil safety.

All Driving Standard Agency approved driving instructors must hold a valid enhanced disclosure certificate.

Lesson start time.

Every effort will be made to meet you at the correct time for your lesson,but this can be affected by weather and traffic conditions.even when the instructor is late,the full lesson time will be given.
